In a Surrey contemporary steel frame new build we designed and installed a ground source heat pump with a horizontal ground collector, providing all hot water and heating requirements, along with passive cooling via underfloor heating and cooled ceilings. The full wet underfloor heating system was placed within screed on the ground floor, while the first floor features wet underfloor heating fitted with overlay panels. Additionally, ceiling cooling is achieved through pipe loops. Our installation includes a full mechanical ventilation and heat recovery system, complete hot and cold water distribution, water softening, and mains water boosting. We also completed the first and second fix stages for sanitary ware, as well as rainwater harvesting.

I can’t rate this company highly enough. We were recommended to use them. Matt answered our calls promptly and arrived quickly and when he said he would. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained what he needed to do so that I understood. He repaired our system and serviced our boiler. It has taken us years to find a good plumber and I most definitely will use him moving forward.
