We have designed and installed the following at a carbon-neutral new build house in Surrey:
We’ve installed a ground source heat pump with boreholes, providing heating for the indoor pool, dehumidification for the pool hall, and domestic hot water. An air source heat pump offers both heating and active cooling via an underfloor heating system. Additionally, the full wet underfloor heating system extends across the ground and first floors, ensuring consistent warmth.
Our full mechanical ventilation and heat recovery system (MVHR) optimises air quality throughout the residence. The complete hot and cold distribution system, alongside water softening installations, enhances the home’s efficiency and comfort. We’ve also executed the first and second fix stages for sanitary ware.
For outdoor amenities, there’s a commercial-rated gas supply to power the BBQ, gas fire, and fire pit. The internal rainwater downpipes are constructed using high-density polyethylene pipework with electrofusion fittings for durability and reliability.
